They had been providing these insights through manual efforts that required gathering data from multiple third-party repositories.

Custom data ingestion software in the cloud

Sketch started the development by quickly standing up a hosted environment in AWS. As product development began, a two-week iterative agile process allowed the client to witness progress, provide feedback, and actively steer the product to best benefit the organization and their customers.

Next, using HTML Canvas Graphics, Sketch developed a custom drawing capability to replace the manual drawing of “towers” which are used to visibly demonstrate gaps in coverage and other potential liabilities.

A custom data ingestion framework allowed the client to import data from both their agency management source system (Applied Epic) and Salesforce. 
The custom solution encompassed rigorous data quality checks, a user-friendly interface for data access, and real-time user analytics.
