The Solution

Sketch facilitated a one-day working session with the company’s leadership. Software consultants from Sketch observed teams during their ceremonies and day-to-day work. This obersrvation resulted in a better understanding of the status quo and of the desire to become a more agile organization.

We also conducted a comprehensive assessment for the organization, which yielded recommendations for supporting leaders and teams. Capturing qualitative feedback at this stage helped teams identify areas of strength and opportunities to improve stakeholder satisfaction.

Sketch Development provided continued guidance to leaders and teams by meeting with leaders monthly to facilitate health checks, track progress, and identify additional opportunities for improvement.
